Documentation, Structural & Off-Site — full documentation package for a Passivhaus-principle home, originally designed by Plot Design.
This design is by Plot Design. We took over the documentation and delivered the full documentation package — architectural, structural and off-site documentation including frames, joists, roof and steel. The home is being built to Passivhaus principles, with 140mm thick insulated external walls, R6 roof insulation, and uPVC double-glazed windows, together with good passive design to reduce solar gain — giving the occupants year-round comfort. The project is currently under construction, with more updates to follow.
