A prominent site in South Perth with beautiful city and Swan River views. This project involved demolishing the original home and building two modern homes in its place. The structure is mostly SIPS, with the structural approach considered from the design stage rather than resolved afterwards — allowing the two homes to be built efficiently while making the most of the site's outlook.
