Architectural Design & Passivhaus — a major alteration and addition, built into rock, incorporating full Passivhaus principles.
A major alteration project which includes a new garage built under the existing structure, cut into rock. The modern home incorporates Passivhaus principles throughout, including high insulation levels, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, uPVC windows with low-G glass, and minimal thermal bridging. This project is currently under construction, with completion expected mid-2027.
