Off-Site Construction & Design — a SIPS and steel-framed home manufactured off-site and erected on a constrained limestone site in a single week.
This was a challenging project on a constrained limestone site close to Fremantle. The site itself was as much a challenge as the brief, with the solution being to construct the home off-site and erect it in a single week. We revised the architectural and structural documentation, providing full SIPS and steel fabrication and install drawings, along with supervision through the erection process.
